Via maintains Investors in People Gold Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully maintained our Gold accreditation from Investors in People.
This prestigious international benchmark assesses workplace culture, employee engagement, leadership, communication and ways of working. Maintaining Gold accreditation is a significant achievement and reflects our continued commitment to creating a great place to work.
Hearing from our people is invaluable and some of the comments from our people included:
“All the senior team are very approachable. If you contacted any one of them, they would make time for you.”
“Even though we are much bigger, it still feels like we are all connected.”
“Although we have a process to follow, we are trusted to do what we feel is right. I think that is about being human.”
They highlighted a number of strengths that we should be proud of, including:
- our people say Via is a non-hierarchical organisation with approachable, accessible leaders
- a strong culture of empowerment and trust
- people are encouraged to generate and implement ideas for improvement
- good progress in line manager development
- great opportunities for people to connect with peers across Via
- a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity
We are proud to have maintained Gold accreditation, and this feedback gives us valuable insight to help us keep building an even better experience for everyone at Via.
Charles Waddicor, Chair, said:
