What you can get

Your own personal wellbeing coach, to listen and offer friendly and supportive advice and guidance, in a confidential space.

Private hourly sessions once a week 
– In-person (at a place that suits you) or online. 
– Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available, to fit in with your work, study or other commitments.

Professional health and wellbeing support from trained and experienced specialists. 

Over 6 weeks, you and your Re-new coach will look at:

Building healthy habits
What motivates you 
Supporting your physical and mental health 
Managing strong emotions 
Boosting your self-confidence 
Any daily stresses such as family and relationships
