Kathryn is a strategic transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping system-wide change across the NHS and charity sectors. Her Board-level roles span commissioning, service delivery, and multi-agency partnerships, with a consistent focus on aligning national priorities with local implementation to improve population outcomes.

Kathryn integrates governance, improvement and strategy to deliver complex transformation programmes with measurable impact — from leading organisational improvement and system transformation to securing multi-million-pound investments in healthcare and charitable causes.

As a qualified organisational consultant and former Executive Sponsor for BAME and mental health and wellbeing networks, she champions people-led change through relational leadership and co-production.

Kathryn says: “I care deeply about building systems that work for people — where clarity, compassion and collaboration shape better outcomes. I have lived experience of the impact of addiction and am passionate about working to improve the care and experience of individuals and their families. Via’s work resonates with everything I stand for: person-centred support, inclusive partnerships, and a commitment to transformation that’s felt by services users and sustained over time.”
