Support for adults aged 18+

You can visit our service or contact us by phone or email.

You can also fill in our online form and once we’ve received it, we’ll get in touch with you.

Any professional, like a housing support worker, social worker, GP or nurse can also make a referral for you.

My keyworker has changed my life and for that I am very grateful.

Your first visit

Coming into our service for the first time might feel a bit daunting, but our friendly team will do their best to help you feel comfortable.

You’ll meet with one of our support workers and talk about your concerns and then make a plan together.

This care plan will help you cut down or stop your drinking or drug use.

It’ll also help us make sure that you’re getting the right support at the right time for you.

We also offer help for the family, friends and carers of the people who use our services.

How we help

At our service, you can get:

  • Advice about your health and wellbeing
  • Regular sessions with your personal keyworker
  • Looking ahead to what might be next for you: motivational programmes, education, training and employment support, peer mentoring and volunteering.

Evening appointments, online groups, and telephone or video sessions are also available to fit around your other commitments.

Information for professionals

Professionals can refer someone they are working with to us by using one of the forms below:

We can also provide:

  • Drug and alcohol awareness information and training which can be tailored to your work.
