Heather Noble

Trustee

Heather Noble is a HIV physician with leadership experience in acute hospitals and community systems.

Heather was Managing Director for Place in Cambridgeshire, where she worked with a wide range of partners to develop a sustainable community ecosystem capable of improving population health through person-centred care at a neighbourhood level.

Previously Heather was Medical Director and Director of Infection Prevention and Control at Whipps Cross Hospital in North East London and has held a series of operational and strategic leadership roles within the Barts Health group of hospitals during the last 18 years.

With a firm belief in the benefits of coproduction and partnership working centred around people accessing services and frontline workers, Heather was drawn to Via’s commitment to and successful application of these principles through all parts of the organisation.

Heather says, “I have seen the difference that person-centred care makes to people experiencing life challenges.  It is a vital foundation for reducing health inequalities and I am thrilled to be part of Via’s mission to expand access to this type of support.”
