Working in partnership to support recovery

At Passmores House, we provide safe, evidence-based residential rehabilitation and detox services for people affected by drug and alcohol use. We work closely with professionals across health, social care, and community services to ensure that every referral is handled with care, transparency, and professionalism.

Referral information

We aim to make the referral process as straightforward as possible.

Eligibility

  • Adults aged 18+
  • Living with alcohol or drug dependence
  • Ready and willing to engage in a structured treatment programme

Funding options

  • Local authority funded placements
  • NHS referrals
  • Self-funded / private admissions

How to refer

  1. Complete our Referral form
  2. Send supporting information (risk assessments, care plans, medical notes where applicable)
  3. Our team will review the referral and contact you within 1 to 3 working days
